We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. **As a Heavy Equipment Operator you will**:

- Safely and efficiently operate equipment
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks
- Keep machines clean and perform minor maintenance and secure all equipment as required
- Perform work in accordance with Milner Group’s safety procedures
- Other labour duties as assigned
- A Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience running CAT, Komatsu, and John Deere 200 size excavators
- Experience on Mobile Crushers/Screeners and/or Wood Grinders would be an asset
- 2-4 years of related work experiences with on-job-training
- Previous knowledge of Vancouver Island Civil Construction practices
