As a Warranty Administrator, you will:

- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers or suppliers in a timely manner.
- Review and verify repair orders to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims and related documentation.
- Monitor claim approvals, rejections, and payments, ensuring proper follow-up as needed.
- Stay up to date with warranty guidelines, policies, and updates from manufacturers.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in warranty administration, automotive service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with dealership management software and warranty systems is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
