You bring at least 3 years of experience in an Insurance environment, and a minimum of 1 year focusing on Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance coverages, with a mindset to drive sales and help increase market share. You have strong interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, a willingness to learn and are a great team player. You have a customer-centric approach and previous experience delivering top-notch customer service.

**About The Role**

We are looking for a **Commercial Insurance Specialist** who can manage the marketing and placement of new inbound commercial insurance opportunities with carriers. As a Commercial Insurance Specialist, you will negotiate carrier coverages and terms, preparing proposals, and finalizing the binding process for commercial clients.

As Commercial Insurance Specialist, you will provide:
Client Experience:

- Understand existing needs of clients and provide viable solutions based on products offered by Foxquilt
- Provide continual feedback about the clientele experience and their expectations to the Director, Insurtech Operations and leadership team based on existing market trends

Advisory and Consultation:

- Provide consultative service for Commercial clients, build and maintain relationships with existing clients base and prospective clients
- Maintaining current awareness, knowledge and understanding of market trends and appetites, pricing practices, contacts, and other underwriting policies to help present Foxquilt’s solution to clientele

**Education & Experience**
- Diploma / Post-Secondary Education
- RIBO license (preferred)
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably with a focus in commercial insurance.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience with Applied Epic and HubSpot is considered an asset

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
