**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Manage events, activities, and conferences for interns during their internship
- Interact with interns through various activities in order to improve the overall internship experience
- Participate in improving projects and documentation for best practices
- Analyze surveys and put into action recommendations
- Participate in projects in relation to diversity and inclusion (D&I)
- Manage the “Women in Engineering” program in partnership with D&I
- Support the team with their visibility on campus
- Interact, train and support managers throughout the internship program

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication
- You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office O365
- You are a great team player and possess good interpersonal skills
- You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French)
- You are thorough and meticulous and have rigorous work ethics
- You are organized and well structured
- You have a positive outlook and an approachable demeanor
- You are creative and proactive in problem solving
- You can maintain strict confidentiality when require

**Boarding Information**:

- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
- It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose._
