**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency every day.
- Oversee rope access teams and site operations while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Work alongside the Operations Manager to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for future work.
- Support and train new technicians, building the next generation of leaders.

**What You Bring**
- IRATA Level 3 Certification (required)
- OFA Level 1 (minimum)
- Red Seal Certification (asset, not required)
- Construction safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, Fall Protection, First Aid, HILTI, SSI)
- A proven track record of leadership in rope access and construction environments
