Morison Insurance is currently seeking a driven **Junior Personal Lines Insurance Broker** to join our team of insurance professionals. No insurance experience is required - **we will train you**

This role is on-site, based out of our Tillsonburg office. Hybrid options are available after the training period.

Morison Insurance is a family-owned and operated business. Over the past 30 years, our company has grown from one office with 3 employees in downtown Hamilton, to 100 employees in 7 offices across Southern Ontario.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain solid client relationships
- Assist building the book of business through new sales
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Retain clear and concise documentation and records
- Ongoing commitment to expand your insurance industry knowledge

**Skills You Will Need To Succeed**
- Excellent customer service skills & a desire to learn about insurance
- RIBO license must be obtained within the first 4 weeks of employment
- Excellent communication skills
- Perseverance to meet retention goals
- A positive and keen attitude to meet our customers’ needs
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and handle fast paced environments
- French speaking would be an asset
