Finch Ford Lincoln is our newly renamed but long standing dealership in Sarnia and we are looking for the right individual to help us take our very busy service department to the next level. The dealership has been a staple in the Sarnia and the surrounding community since 1927 both providing vehicle services to the people of Sarnia / Lambton but also supporting the many community initiatives that we have grown to love.

- Proven record of success in cultivating a supportive team environment
- Process driven with impeccable organization and prioritization abilities
- Exceptional problem solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
- High initiative and high energy with outstanding engagement and communication skills
- Impeccable follow-through and commitment to quality service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
