Exterior Cleaning

CLEANWERX is currently seeking experienced crew leads to manage our daily exterior cleaning operations.

The role involves leading a team of up to four crew members, cleaning residential, strata, and commercial buildings throughout the lower mainland.
- Concrete and ground surface pressure washing and rinsing
- Manual gutter cleaning using ladders, poles and on occasion vaccum systems.
- Manual and telescopic pole window cleaning
- Soft wash envelope/siding cleaning up to four stories
- Manual salting and snow removal.

In addition to the above experience, we also require that you have:

- Fall protection certification (minimum fall restraint) or are willing to be trained in this regard.
- Safe and efficient operation of 40ft, 32ft, and 24ft ladders
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license* Experience with boom and scissor lifts (an asset)
- Basic equipment and vehicle maintenance skills
- Detailed note-taking and record-keeping abilities for all jobs.
- Experience in the training and supervision of employees on service protocols.

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a consistent and reliable routine.

Compensation for this role includes:

- An hourly wage of $25 - $35 (performance-based structure) with potential raises based on performance and experience
- Use of a company vehicle

*Paid training courses for equipment operation and fall protection
- No mandatory weekend work
