**Responsibilities**
Operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment. (Pressure washer’s, Telescopic window cleaning poles, Ladders, Hoses etc)
Working as part of a team to ensure jobs are completed to an excellent standard and keep detailed notes on obstructions and deficiencies
Working with equipment and fellow employees with care and attention to safety.
Consistently show up to each shift on time and ready to work.

**What we are looking for**
- Canadian Residency with valid sin number.
- Reliable, Hard working, Punctual.
- Phone with mobile internet for communication.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Experience working with Tucker pole’s, Ladder’s, Pressure washer’s an asset.
- Experience working in an outdoor setting such as roofing or landscaping an asset.
- The willingness to work at heights.
- A valid driver’s license would be an asset.
- Must be able to commute to Richmond each day or to designated sites across the Lower mainland if own transportation preferred.

**Compensation**
Wage dependent on experience
Cleanwerx operates a discretionary bonus pay structure.
- Salary dependant on experience and skillset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
