**What will you do?**

Reporting to the VP, Financial Planning & Analytics, the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (OPEX) will partner with KORE’s senior leadership team, be accountable for financial analysis and reporting efficacy for related multiple internal business units, as well as lead the overall consolidated OPEX annual operating plan and forecasting processes. Your primary goal will be working collaboratively and cross-functionally as we continue to enhance our FP&A business reporting capabilities and advance service levels to all internal stakeholders. You are a trusted business partner, continuously focused on turning challenges into optimal solutions. This critical role is fully engaged in the business support of various teams and is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate extensively with diverse teams across the globe.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Financial Stewardship, Business Partnering, and Reporting:

- Month-end close
- Ensure monthly financial results are stated accurately and in accordance with US GAAP.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop/proposed monthly accruals and journal entries
- Ensure adequate internal controls are in place and audit guidelines are adhered to.
- Identify and implement process improvements as needed.
- Expense Analysis
- Deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results. Perform investigation of variances, highlighting financial issues with strategic and operational impacts, and recommend options to resolve or address gaps.
- Monitor trends and key levers, such as headcount and vendor investment against plan/forecast assumptions.
- Business Partnership - Effective collaboration with various operational business units and provide financial guidance and insights in cost management and containment.
- Financial reporting - Publish executive-grade monthly financial summary highlighting risks and opportunities impacting bottom lines in a timely manner. Deliver quarterly/monthly financial and operational reviews with senior leaders. Clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior business leaders.
- Continuous improvement - Improves current methods used in collecting data, developing automated financial reporting, and forecasting tools, and creating standard and ad-hoc reports. Learns how advanced technology is leveraged in Finance and across KORE to provide greater depth of analysis.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the OPEX and headcount annual operating planning (AOP) process and ensure operational planning is coordinated across various functional areas, inclusion and sign-off from multiple internal stakeholders, and aligns to KORE’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare draft cost center views of the annual plan / quarterly forecast revisions and provide to the functional area leaders during the plan cycle and through ongoing collaboration and review, incorporate their inputs/adjustments to the plan/forecast once an acceptable business rationale is provided.
- Maintain an adequate audit trail (including business line approvals/sign-off, file back-ups, and version controls) with respect to the compilation of the forecast and annual budgets.
- Implement and manage OPEX planning module within NetSuite (or alternative)

Controls and Methodology:

- Sustain adequate internal controls over the OPEX management accounting/reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions, including continuously evaluating the control environment and implementing new controls as and when required.
- Identify and implement process improvements on a continuous basis with a particular focus on automation and/or simplification with respect to the reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
- Effectively complete all OPEX reporting, budgeting, and forecasting models including the development of any new reports and analysis which would improve/aid management's understanding of the results.
- Prepare ad hoc financial models and expense analyses as required by KORE’s management team.

FP&A overall:

- Continuously learn and teach the FP&A function as we evolve
- Support projects or initiatives as required

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field.
- 5+ years of relevant, progressive business experience.
