**Role Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating repair, maintenance, and improvement projects by collaborating with store operators and supporting the Facilities team.
- Support operators in using Facilities Management Software (ResQ and Managed Services Team) for smaller repair projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Help the team log and prioritize support requests, ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist with invoice processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare order sheets for patio-related purchases, issue purchase orders to vendors in the fall, track logistics to the site in the spring, and handle operator questions and warranty claims.
- Support the team with preparing capital presentations for budget and project approvals.
- Help source vendors and coordinate schedules for maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed as expected.
- Assist with purchase orders for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, coordinating installations with vendors, landlords, and operations as needed.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all projects, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses and timelines.

**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, with a background in facilities, construction, or hospitality considered an asset.
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant field such as Building or Architectural Technology, or equivalent experience demonstrating an understanding of project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance or project management software is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, team-based environment.
