**WHO WE ARE**

We are a construction and demolition company located in West Vancouver and we are looking to hire a customer service representative to promote services with new and existing clients.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- One year + of work experience in a fast paced office setting
- Experience with cold calling
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Chrome, Notion & Quickbooks
- Strong scheduling and appointment-setting skills
- 1+ years’ inside sales experience/call center environment

- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Excellent communication and listening skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- schedule meetings
- Determine client needs
- Book appointments for clients
- Maintain detailed notes of calls and update customer contact information in a proprietary customer database
- Complete call backs as required
- Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
- Adhere to all appointment booking guidelines
- Achieve all targets and goals as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Vancouver, BC V7V 1H8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Content Writing: 1 year (preferred)
- Notion app: 1 year (preferred)
