**Merchandising Administrative Assistant (Pharmacy Division)**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Preparation of correspondence of both a confidential and non-confidential nature.
- Composing and/or compiling letters, reports from hard copy or electronic media
- Assist with research and preparation of material for presentation purposes and creating the presentation
- Daily handling of incoming and outgoing mail for the Business Unit
- Set up and maintenance of files pertaining to the Business Unit - correspondence, Purchase orders, Financial Reports and Statements, Sales Reports, etc.
- Assist with planning and execution of Seminars, conferences and meetings for the Business Unit.
- Assist and/or coordinate business travel.
- Other duties as assigned, including providing assistance within other Business Units as needed
- Must be able to travel.

This is a
