We’re hiring a **Salesforce-focused Project Manager/Product Owner** for an enterprise engagement. The role is technical and architectural — you won’t be implementing directly but will be guiding the **architecture and roadmap** for Salesforce projects involving **Service Console, Agentforce, and Einstein**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical Salesforce teams.
- Provide **architectural guidance** on Salesforce Service Console, Agentforce, and Einstein capabilities.
- Manage timelines, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise-level strategies and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Strong background as a **Salesforce Project Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Lead**.
- Familiarity with **Service Console, Agentforce, and Einstein** features.
- Experience guiding enterprise-level Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
