Forage Fusion Drilling, is currently on the lookout for skilled and experienced Diamond Drilling Supervisors.

**Dry Camp: Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited **

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of drill setup and operation.
- Overseeing all aspects of the drilling operation.
- Ensuring that production targets are met and maintained.
- Demonstrating mechanical aptitude with an in-depth understanding of drilling rigs.
- Providing regular reports on field activities to the project manager.
- Proficiency in hydraulic systems related to drilling equipment.
- Executing or assiting rig mobilization and setup and trouble shooting.
- Skilled operation and meticulous maintenance of drilling equipment, ensuring high safety and efficiency standards.
- Upholding safety and operational standards.
- Unwavering adherence to the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship in all work activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in diamond drilling supervision.
- Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of drilling rigs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR certification is mandatory.
- Proper physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the role.
- Keen to collaborate and contribute positively in a team setting.
- Thrive in a high-performance work environment, demonstrating motivation and productivity.
- Mechanically inclined with a knack for understanding and handling machinery.
- In-depth technical knowledge of drilling machinery, with a focus on operational safety and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to remain resilient and adaptable in challenging situations.
