Wallbridge also controls a large prospective land package along the Sunday Lake Deformation Zone, otherwise known as, the Detour - Fenelon Gold Trend which stretches from Kirkland Lake Gold's Detour Lake Mine in Ontario to Wallbridge's Fenelon Gold property. Field Technician
The technician will report to the logistics supervisor, the schedule is a 14-day on/ 14 day off 10 hours/day rotation.

**Responsibilities**:
Work according to the company's environmental policy
Work according to the company's health and safety policies.
Conduct field work in compliance with the company's procedures including but not limited to the following:
Spot and flag diamond drill pads and access points
Diamond drill inspections including pre, during and post environmental inspections
Update field tracking and inspection sheets
Collar surveys
Monitor pad cutters or slasher onsite
Perform environmental inspections on the mine site

Assist in water treatment:
Operate according to the operating manual and procedures
Start and stop treatment according to the volume of water to be treated
Sample as per procedure
Adjust treatment parameters according to conditions to ensure that the effluent complies with regulations
Track and maintain the Geotube's daily
Doing basic maintenance of the treatment unit
Maintain process product inventory
Maintain operating log

Collect weekly water samples and field parameters
Monitor hazardous materials storage sites
All other tasks as required

**Qualifications**:
Post-secondary education in a related field
Mining, Civil, Geology or Environmental field technician or equivalent field work experience.
Work experience in mineral exploration of one year or more.
Valid driver's license.
Physically fit and able to lift 35 pounds.
Basic understanding in Excel, Word, Garmin basecamp and Access. GIS knowledge or cartography experience would be an asset
FMTM, an asset
The ability to operate different mechanical equipment (loader, ATV, snowmobiles) an asset.
Meticulous, proactive, self-reliant and a good team spirit.
Bilingual french, english
