**Bilingual Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Insurance Broker)**:
In this role you will use your insurance knowledge and customer service skills to provide the right protection for our new and existing customers.
**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers
- Manage walk-in queries, sales and cross-selling of products to new and existing clients
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue self-development through industry and training and other courses
- Generate leads through community involvement and events
- Knowledge of each Insurance Company’s products, endorsements, packages and payment plans
- Conduct calls for new business and making timely renewal calls for existing customer business
**The value you bring**
- RIBO Insurance License an asset
- Experience delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs at once
- Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverage’s
- Strong attention to detail, listening & communication skills
- Bilingual in Cantonese required
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
Hours: Full Time - 37.5 hours/week
Location: Richmond Hill, ON (hybrid opportunities)
