Your role will include ensuring accuracy of the A/P ledgers, process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner, prepare supplier payments, deal with queries effectively and efficiently and maintain compliance with processes and procedures. You will learn the fundamentals of how finance works in an organization. **_ Who will love this job_** - **An ambitious and driven individual** - you have the energy to maximize customer satisfaction and retention through first rate levels of service and follow up. - **A strong communicator** - you are adept at building and maintaining trusted and respected relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. - **A self-motivator** - you are capable of working effectively in a fast-paced business environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. **_What you'll do_** - Manage Accounts Receivable for Group - Oversee posting of customer payments - Oversee customer account reconciliations - Inform management of collection issues - "Own" Collection Process and Accounts Receivable aging report - Review Accounts Receivable Aging Reports for past due issues - Manage and Mentor 2 direct reports - Manage Bad Debt Accrual with Controller - Support staff and management with ad hoc projects - Manage customer credit allowances - Develop KPIs for management reporting - Prepare and manage weekly and monthly receivable reporting **_You should have_** - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred - At least 5 years of related experience - Strong computer skills: Excel a must - Ability to manage and organize large amounts of information with strong attention to accuracy and detail - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and concurrent tasks while remaining results and deadline driven - Demonstrated ability to form, lead, and develop high-performing teams - Ability to establish and execute effective processes which allow for the timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks across the department - Ability to work effectively across departmental functions **_Why TS Imagine / Benefits_** - Currently hybrid home-office (at least 3 days in the office) - 5 weeks vacation and 3 personal days - Annual bonus and salary review - Training budget $1,500 - RRSP with 3% company matching - Health insurance - Subvention for public transportation (Opus & Cie) ** Only Montreal applicants will be considered and **invoicing and collection experience required** **_ About TS Imagine_** Created out of the combination of two best-in-class SaaS platforms, TradingScreen and Imagine Software, TS Imagine delivers integrated trading, portfolio and real-time risk solutions for capital markets.
