**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and handling various payment methods.
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours efficiently.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries or issues over the phone.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory levels.
- Experience in technology sales is beneficial but not required.

Pay: $18.50-$19.62 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
