**About Walden Welding and Mechanical**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Concrete Forming and Pouring: Execute concrete forming and pouring tasks with precision and adherence to project specifications.

2. Civil Construction: Contribute to various civil construction activities, including excavation, grading, and foundation preparation.

3. Material Handling: Safely transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from work sites.

4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, foremen, and fellow team members to achieve project milestones efficiently.

5. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all tasks align with industry standards and safety regulations.

6. Equipment Operation: Operate construction machinery and equipment, such as concrete mixers, jackhammers, and compactors, adhering to safety protocols.

7. Site Maintenance: Keep work sites clean and organized, fostering a safe and efficient working environment.

8. 8. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety among the team.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete forming, pouring, and civil construction.

2. Unionized Environment: Familiarity with and appreciation for working in a unionized setting.

3. Skills: Proficiency in using a variety of construction tools and equipment. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

4. Physical Fitness: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

5. Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Certifications: Valid driver's license and relevant certifications in concrete work and construction safety.

7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project needs.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary ranging from $26 to $34 per hour.
