**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct account analysis and ensure accurate account reconciliation for all accounts.
- Oversee budgeting processes and monitor budget performance against actual results.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely processing and collections.
- Supervise payroll processing to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy in employee compensation.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for efficient financial management.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights on financial performance to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including budgeting and account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
