Our marketing department is growing To keep up with the influx of interest in our brand, we now seek a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our creative team. This is a newly created role and a rare and AMAZING opportunity to join a Global leader in the fashion industry.

The successful applicant will be accountable for maintaining our Ever New image both on and offline in Canada together, with the local social accounts including executing local public relations, events and marketing initiatives. Strong multi tasking skills will be challenged in order to keep abreast of current social media trends, best practices whilst conducting research into trends and influencers.

The role will be primarily WFH with weekly visits to stores in the Greater Toronto Area.

**Key Responsibilities**

Social Media
- Work with the Global Social Manger to plan and schedule all weekly social media activity in Canada across all channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Help maintain the social media calendar and content calendar in conjunction with the marketing calendar.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and then acting on the information.

Public Relations and Event
- Work closely with Canadian Marketing Lead to execute public relations strategy
- Respond to incoming media requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate all media pulls Marketing
- Work closely with local Marketing Lead to execute local marketing strategy
- Assist with administrative marketing tasks across the market as needed

You have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Your previous experience has provided you with the skillset to community manage sites and stay abreast of comments, likes, DMs, whilst managing key influencers that interact with the social account. With strong organisation skills you can maintain social media and content calendars in conjunction with the marketing calendar. You have a natural keen drive to continuously improve brand awareness by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices.

In addition, you will have:
**Skills and Experience**
- Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Business or relevant discipline (or similar)
- At least 2 years previous experience in a similar Social media role
- Excellent verbal & written communication including confidence with spelling and grammar
- Passion for fashion and trends
- Knowledge of ecommerce
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines
- The desire and determination to develop and increase skills set and knowledge
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills including the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in a team and autonomously
- French is an asset

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
