Job Description
- We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse operations by performing responsibilities such as picking, packing, and loading of orders. This position is also responsible for other related tasks such as performing cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Pick, package and transfer requested inventories on a timely basis.
- Load and unload boxes and pallets to ensure inventories are allocated to the correct locations.
- Perform related administrative duties as required by the stockroom procedures and policies.
- Utilize SAP for basic inquiries, update inventory levels while processing issues and receipts.
- Conduct inventory counts (daily cycle counts) as required.
- Report inventory discrepancies to the responsible staff.
- Perform trouble shooting as required.
- Assemble/ kit tool and hydraulic kits for stocking, production requirements (ie. Hot Half & Assembly dept.) and customer requirements.
- Issue tools and supplies to plant employees as required.
- Manage tooling requirements in the existing Vending Machines.
- Adhere to and upkeep the ISO Quality guidelines for stockroom responsibilities.
- Make recommendations for productivity and/or method improvements.
- Ensure ISO guidelines are followed; follow Job Instruction Sheets.
- Other Stockroom and Production duties as directed.

Basic Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of three (3) months of equivalent training / experience in a busy stockroom and manufacturing environment.
- Experience with computer software is required.
- Ability to read / interpret documents such as work orders, pick lists / packing slips, purchase orders and operating / maintenance instructions is necessary.
- Ability to work within a team environment and communicate well while working with mínimal supervision

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience with an ERP system such as SAP
- Experience with inventory management tools such as min / max
