Kingsville Stamping was founded in 1986 and the company started with one 30-ton press and has since grown to an 21 press, 3000-ton capable operation. Kingsville Stamping is a well equipped production facility that is supported by engineering, maintenance, tooling, welding/assembly, and repair/rebuild. Our employees are the foundation for our high industry standards in regards to quality, reliability, flexibility, and on-time delivery. We have 3,000 ton capable 21 metal stamping presses, welding cells. We are looking for **production supervisor** who can capable to support 3 rotational swing shift to oversee day to day production operation, compliance with occupational health & safety, first aid, injury and disciplinary coaching and attendance management.

**Job Duties**
- Comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and must be a competent person as a supervisor.
- Ensure that day to day production schedules are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain communication with production workers and other department to ensure that production is operating properly.
- Ensure that employees are following all KSL rules and policies.
- Ensure to give appropriate training regarding their job descriptions so that they are aware of Quality, Productivity and Safety Standard.
- Provide to direct reports which includes work assignments, beginning/end of the shift report, injury, property damage, incident, discpline and production report.
- Ensure production target's are being met.
- Familiar with automotive / IATF quality procedure.
- A minimum of Grade 12 education is required
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Demonstrate Microsoft Outlook and Basic Excel skills

Salary**:$22.00 to $28.00 depends on experience **hourly, 40-60 hours per week. 3 shifts rotation,
