Scholten's Machinery Inc. is a company that has been serving the agricultural market since 2012. We offer various European farm equipment, a wide inventory of PTO parts, hydraulics and Stihl products.

We are seeking for an experienced parts counter person, with an AG background preferably, who will be an assistant to the parts department manager.

**Job Duties**
- Assist with the daily functions of the parts department, including sourcing, procuring and ordering parts
- Track and maintain all inventory levels, purchase orders, database maintenance and physical inventory counts
- Work in direct collaboration with the Parts Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal/external jobs
- Responsible for incoming/outgoing shipments
- Fill customer orders, invoicing, quoting, process payments
- Coordinate a prompt, efficient and timely flow of paperwork
- Must be able to create, maintain and catch potential order/inventory errors on PO's
- Must be comfortable driving work vehicles to assist with customer deliveries and parts pickups
- Keep parts department organized, clean and safe at all times
- Other duties as assigned - aiding other departments as needed

**Qualifications**
- Agricultural background preferred
- Extreme attention to detail and critical thinking required
- Knowledge of PTOs, Hydraulics, Farm Equipment an asset
- Knowledge of Stihl products or similar product lines strongly preferred
- 2 to 5 years experience minimum in similar role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication & motivational skills
- Forklift Driving an asset
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Computer skills required - Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, invoicing software
- Ability to work under EXTREME pressure and with limited deadlines
- Time Management Skills
- Leadership skills and good team spirit
- Work professionally with all personalities and situations
- Good problem-solving skills
- Highly reliable, organized and self-motivated with a professional attitude
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Wage will depend on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
