**Overview**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Quickbooks Online, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, month and end-year process accounts payable/receivable cash receipts general ledger payroll and treasury, budgeting cash forecasting revenue and expenditure variance analysis capital assets reconciliations trust account statement reconciliations, check runs fixed asset activity debt activity
- Support outsourced Bookkeeper as required to complete Month/Year End procedures, AP/ AR
- Support the documentation and maintenance of accounting policies and procedures, order management, inventory management, etc.
- Support CEO/COO/CFO as required
- Other duties as assigned

- **Hard Requirements / Qualifications**:
- 5+ years working in a finance department, ideally in a face paced environment (start-up or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, Dext, Hubspot, and other tools.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Reporting customer information for end of month performance and billing purposes
- On path to complete CPA or other relevant finance designation
- Preferred but not required: Experience working in a Software as a Service Company
- Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Management
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
**Salary**: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
