**As a Specialist, Database Services you will**:
- Work with the Furniture, Equipment & Design team to provide database management and administrative support.
- Manage various databases using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and dRofus.
- Lead the document control across multiple projects and databases.
- Create documentation such as client reports, presentations and proposals as required.
- Multi-task and prioritize deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Prioritize, schedule, and sequence database management across the various ED FED projects.
- Resolve database inconsistencies with the overall design team.
- Establish and implement a database management process and ensure all team members are adhering to it.
- Lead and manage a team of Database Services Coordinators (ON-based and BC-based).
- Allocate work, provide coaching on complex issues, maintain accountability for data integrity, performs performance reviews.
**Is this the right role for you?**
- You have a minimum of 5 years of related administrative experience (within a construction environment considered an asset)
- You have a strong knowledge of database management within Microsoft Access (required) and dRofus (an asset).
- You have a keen eye to detail - big or small.
- You are not afraid to ask questions of the overall project leaders and clients.
- You are interested in furniture, fixtures and equipment, and major infrastructure.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times with fellow employees, clients, service providers and suppliers.
- You are a team player, committed to working in a values driven environment and manage a team of direct reports
