This is a 12-month contract role that will enjoy hybrid working arrangements which can be fulfilled primarily from the Vancity head office location and your Lower Mainland based home office. Periodically, you’ll be required to attend in-person activities or events. In this role, the Marketing Performance & Insights Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Marketing Performance and Insights.
**A typical day would involve**:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and marketing colleagues to deliver targeted marketing campaigns to support Vancity’s Member Contact Strategy.
- Design and build solutions to provide ongoing reporting and tracking of marketing efforts.
- Define KPIs and conduct post implementation reviews to measure success of marketing campaigns & programs.
- Analyze internal & external data to identify growth marketing opportunities to meet business objectives.
- Develop increasingly deep knowledge around Vancity’s products, services and members.
**You have**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 - 5 years of proven analytics experience.
- Advanced knowledge of business intelligence techniques, data manipulation & data visualization tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI etc.
- Financial Industry knowledge would be an asset
- Experience working with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools would be an asset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail

- The salary range for the role is_** $64,500**_ to _**$96,500**_. The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and skill._
