What you will do:
The Enterprise Technology Department has an immediate opening for the position of Technical Product Manager, Exhibition & Location Based Entertainment Systems reporting directly to the Manager, Exhibition & LBE Systems.

As part of the team, you will work closely with Business Groups, D&T Resources, and 3rd party software vendors to analyze and document requirements for solutions that provide value to our internal and external customers.

The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for systems support, configuration changes to support business requirements, software testing and implementation/upgrades, business requirements gathering and documentation, with emphasis on automation and ongoing modernization.

What The Job Is:
Configure systems as per business requirements
- As a background, you understand complex software systems (Point of Sale, Kiosk, Cinema) and settings thoroughly and how changes impact outcomes, keeping in mind reliability is the most important features.
- You can identify opportunities for automation or streamlining business processes and workflows and develop a partnership with the business, understand and document their needs, business processes, and requirements.
- You will also get the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the business goals, practices, and processes to translate them into system functionality and user-requirements that define scope and specifications to see them through to accurate software solutions, and facilitate dialogue and discussion between the business and D&T (internal and external providers.

Another cool part of this role is you will be asked to design and deliver solutions that match business requirements
- You will get the opportunity to define the product backlog, and groom and prioritize work in backlog, ensure completed work fulfills acceptance criteria and author and execute test plans and test cases.
- Design and implement improvements to automate business functions and make effective use of technology to improve the internal and external user experience, and collaborate with vendors on learning best practices and configuration details of various systems to provide 3rd level support management for various systems to support the business.
- Effective management of internal and vendor support tickets including presentation of evidence in a coherent useful format
- Some after hours work required in rare cases (may require a corporately issued mobile phone)

What You Need For Success:

- Undergraduate degree in Business or Technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in requirements gathering, process mapping and business analysis
- 3+ years of experience implementing, maintaining and supporting complex software systems in the retail sector
- 3+ Years in implementing / supporting 3rd party software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Vista Cinema Product Suite or similar Point of Sale, or Retail & Restaurant Experience

- Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose issues and do root cause analysis
- Clear and concise oral and written communication/presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of business analysis - including requirements gathering and business process mapping
- Strong technical knowledge of Point of Sale, Kiosk and Ticketing platforms
- Knowledge of understanding & writing basic SQL queries for technical review, data analysis and/or troubleshooting
