**Position Description**

**Title: Production Worker**

**Position Purpose**:To help us reach our goals, we are looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team in Truro, NS in the entry level role of Production Worker.

**Principle Accountabilities**

This role differs depending on department but will include:

- Assisting team members develop resin, tape, and woven products.
- Inspecting the quality of product during production.
- Loading and unloading the materials between departments
- Keeping a tidy work area.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Entry-level position.
- Energetic and self-motivated individual.
- Enjoys a physically demanding role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
