Sterling Crane is looking for a Crane & Rigging Supervisor at our branch in Coquitlam, BC. This is an hourly position reporting to the Branch Manager. This position works very closely with both our customers and our employees, focusing on the safe execution of the day-to-day crane business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scaling, sizing and bidding jobs
- Supporting dispatch
- Review and approval of customer work methods
- On-site lift supervision
- Sales contacts with customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Post-secondary education or trade certification is preferred
- Previous supervision experience would be considered an asset
- Class 5 Drivers License
- Proven record of building relationships with customers and excellent communication skills
- Self-starter able to work on their own, as well as in a team environment

**IMPORTANT**:

- _Preference would be for local resident or must be willing to relocate. _
- _Position requires travel (up to 20%) _
