**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep of cleaning equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns from staff.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs and any issues that arise.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients positively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations; own car required.
