**Farm & Operations Coordinator**:
The Farm & Operations Coordinator for Wagner Hills Farm Society is responsible for overseeing all Wagner Hills properties and Work Program. They will ensure that the Work Program portion of the Clients year-long community living plan is being completed effectively and efficiently. They will oversee the operations budget, weekend overseers, agriculture program, and the clients in the transition program. They will be responsible for seasonal work, community involvement projects, resourcing, and safety measures all while caring for the clients on their journey to healing, growth and transformation. They will also manage the discipline procedures for the clients in the program. The Farm & Operations Coordinator emits integrity, honesty and transparency and is focused on leadership & ethics.**Responsibilities**:

**RESPONSIBILITIEES**
- Organizes, schedules, and supervises work program.
- Ensure safe and proper transportation for all residents and daily activities.
- Ensure all tools, supplies, materials and resources are available for the clients to complete their tasks.
- Coordinates seasonal agriculture work, including, firewood duties, haying, blueberries, planting, and harvesting and maintaining crops.
- Manage livestock farming from breeding to slaughtering, purchasing and selling.
- Arrange Community Involvement projects in collaboration with the Program Coordinator.
- Provides servant leadership of the clients, giving clear instructions and guidance while monitoring progress.
- Coordinates operations management of entire property, including all buildings, septic, garbage disposal, recycling, grounds keeping, and snow removal.
- Ensure adherence to the operations budget by monitoring expenses, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality and efficiency.
- Ensures all health and safety practices are communicated and complied with.
- Manage the discipline of the clients with guidance from Executive Director.
- Oversee transition program in coordination with Client Services Team.
- Solves problems with ease minimizing conflicts and keeping short accounts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in farm/operations management.
- Preferred: Experience working with individuals struggling with addiction, providing support, structure, and resources to aid in their recovery.
- Demonstrate strong budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills to optimize operational efficiency, control costs, and ensure timely project execution.
- Experience and ability to lead manage teams of different sizes.
- Excellence in coordination and supervision of subcontractors, supplies, and on-site personnel
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety; training will be provided if needed.
- Strong organizational skills.
