You are someone who knows the difference between a general clean, deep clean, move in/move out and post construction and you love the challenge of transforming even the cleanest of homes into even cleaner You enjoy cleaning just as much as organizing and tidying up for the clients as you clean.

This position does require a valid driver's license - International driver's license will be considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to company standards and client preferences.
- Using company car drive with team to each home being cleaned
- Treat each home with care and respect, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with team members, clients and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
- Embrace feedback and continuously strive for improvement in your cleaning techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and a passion for making spaces clean and welcoming
- Ability to perform move in/move out cleans, deep cleans, post construction
- Ability to lift, carry, move items up to 30lbs
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Smart phone with data plan
- Background check
