InsideOut Cleaning Services is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our team who are passionate about cleaning. You are someone who knows the difference between a general clean, deep clean, move in/move out and post construction and you love the challenge of changing dirty to extremely clean

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning tasks according to company standards and client preferences.
- Treat each home with care and respect, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with team members, clients and Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
- Embrace feedback and continuously strive for improvement in your cleaning techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience is required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge and expertise of cleaning products and tools
- Attention to detail and a passion for making spaces clean and welcoming
- Ability to perform move in/move out cleans, deep cleans, post construction
- Ability to handle the the most challenging and unpleasant cleaning tasks
- Smart phone with data plan
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver’s license
- Background check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.15-$25.46 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Residential cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- driver's license (required)
