Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to hunt down, charm, and onboard the best-of-the-best Mortgage Agents out there. Whether you're a seasoned recruiter or a rising star, if you've got the passion, we've got the platform **Key Responsibilities**: - Get creative and collaborate with the management team to craft a recruiting strategy that screams "success" - Dive into the talent pool through online platforms, social media, referrals, and good old-fashioned networking. - Keep things organized like a boss, because a tidy ship sails smoother - Guide our recruits through the onboarding process with a smile and a high-five. **Qualifications**: - You're driven by results and thrive on hitting those recruitment targets. - Previous recruiting experience? Bonus points Sales industry experience? Double bonus - You've got the gift of gab and can charm the socks off anyone you meet. - You're a master at assessing talent and cultural fit. - Whether flying solo or part of a team, you're a force to be reckoned with. - Mortgage industry knowledge?
