**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
- Beginning and ending your day at our studio, while spending your days in our client homes
- Arrive at the jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing
- Follow instructions given by the project manager
- Follow Trust points on every job
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate daily on progress to client and the project manager
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Use a variety of technology to communicate with your team and clients: cellular phone, ipad, computers
- Following a set of processes that will set you up for success
- Working independently, but recognizing you are a key part of our small business team
- Maintain and submit accurate records and paperwork daily
- Set yourself up for success by ensuring adequate parts and inventory are present in the vehicle for all jobs to be completed
- Communicate with team and clients to develop and maintain effective rapport and leave our customers happier than when you arrived
- Help build the business through canvassing, recommending complimentary products, asking for reviews, and referrals
- Ensure company vehicle, tools, supplies and other materials are maintained
- Adhere to the dress code appropriate to each job site and conditions; including but not limited to in-home residential and large commercial construction sites

**Who you are, and what skills you have**:

- Stellar work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
- Able to drill for hinges
- Able to install doors and drawer fronts
- Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
- Ability to work in Sherwood Park & Edmonton and surrounding communities
- Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
- Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- You have experience as an in home technician and believe that most things can be fixed.
- You enjoy working in residential homes
- You are a natural problem solver and enjoy finding unique solutions
- You are great at breaking down what seems like a complex challenge into simple achievable tasks.
- You thrive on a variety of learning methods: role playing, reading manuals, webinars and you are happy to continually learn.
- You have that ability to take ownership of where you failed and move forward, not letting you hold it down for days.

**THINGS YOU’VE DONE IN THE PAST**
- Worked in homes providing services with the homeowner present; with electronics, warranty services, or small project renovations
- Maintained a clean drivers abstract; with a current Class 5 license
- Provided customer service, with comfort in discussing concerns and offering solutions
- Experience in maintaining a high level of productivity while working with interruptions
- Prior experience in cabinet refacing
- Prior experience in cutting moldings
- Able to install crown molding
- Painting Kitchen Cabinets
