**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of concrete mixtures and materials for various projects.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, ensuring smooth surfaces and proper curing.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing concrete.
- Support masonry work as needed, including laying bricks or blocks.
- Conduct heavy lifting and moving of materials as required on job sites.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation of concrete structures.
- Collaborate with team members to complete flooring installation and other related tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and regulations.
**Skills**
- Proficient in concrete finishing techniques.
- Experience with power tools such as saws, mixers, and vibrators.
- Skilled in using hand tools for various construction tasks.
- Knowledge of masonry practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Familiarity with drywall installation techniques is beneficial.
- Understanding of schematics for effective project execution.
- Experience in flooring installation is an advantage.
