**Part-Time Remote Registered Psychotherapist (RP/RP(Q)**
Pando Counselling & Psychotherapy is an online psychotherapy practice based in Toronto looking for an associate to join the practice and grow together.
**Job description**
We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist (who could be Qualifying) who is experienced and confident in providing it virtually.
- **Masters level** training in counselling psychology or related field
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy services
- Must be **fully registered or qualifying **status with the College of Registered
Psychotherapists of Ontario **(CRPO)**
- Must have proof of **liability insurance** within the province of Ontario
- If required, must have an **external supervisor**:
- A fundamentally **client-centered** and non-pathologizing approach to care
- Has a desire to be a part of a growing practice
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Access to **secure and private office** space and **reliable internet connection** in order to provide psychotherapy services via secure video
- Being able to provide services in another language is a plus

**Part-time hours**: ~10 clients/ week
**Availability**: at least 2 evenings (required) + day/afternoon shift / weekend avail. It’s a plus.
**Commission**: 60/40 split (60% for the therapist/ 40% for the clinic) (Regular rate: 150CAD) -The clinic works with sliding scale options for people with financial disadvantages.
RP/RP(Q)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 8-10 per week
**Salary**: From $90.00 per hour
