**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and lead the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Make invoices for customers and clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
- Previous experience with tires distribution or other retail or wholesale business.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting targets
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 54 - 70 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Airdrie, AB T4A 2G1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- sales and customer service: 1 year (required)
