Nature's Emporium, a leading organic grocery store in Ontario. We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and make a positive impact on the local community.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Assist customers in locating and selecting supplements based on their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on supplement products, usage, and benefits to customers.
- Provides a high level of prompt and friendly customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product returns professionally and courteously.
- Keep the department and back-room areas clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Stay informed about new supplement products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assists in building displays; keeps shelves fully stocked and tidy.
- Receives product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy.
- Assists with receiving, unloading, stocking, filling and rotating merchandise.
- Stocks, rotates, merchandises and faces product according to department procedure.
- Other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Working Conditions**:

- Nutrition background/education preferred
- Retail Environment experience is an asset
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, and occasional lifting of moderate-weight items.
- Works indoors within a climate-controlled environment. May involve exposure to various scents and aromas related to supplements and wellness products.
- Regular interaction with customers, colleagues, and management to address inquiries, providing assistance, and maintain a positive shopping experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

- Burlington, ON L7M 5A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
