The position is a "Day Time" teaching position which requires you to have previous teaching experiences. - Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs - Teach students using a variety of techniques: lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations - Assign and correct homework, provide feedback to contribute to students’ progress. - Answer students’ questions - Help students improve their results - Maintain frequent and effective communication with students, parents and administration - Evaluate and review the progress of students - Curriculum development **Qualifications**: - 3+ years' teaching experience with community college - Familiar with Ontario Community College teaching - Prefer instructor with native or near native English fluency - Enthusiastic and positive attitude, highly responsible - Able to motivate and inspire students - Responsible and passionate about teaching - Able to help students with diverse educational backgrounds and learning abilities Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (preferred) **Experience**: - teaching: 2 years (preferred)
