This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. **General Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated research intern to join our team in advancing deep learning methods for **Embodied AI**. This internship offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research in end-to-end learning systems that integrate perception, language, and action in simulated and real-world environments. **Key Responsibilities** - Contribute to research and development of deep learning models for Embodied AI tasks. - Implement and evaluate algorithms using Python and PyTorch. - Collaborate with researchers and engineers to explore novel approaches in robotics and multimodal learning. **Required Qualifications** - Strong foundation in deep learning, machine learning, and/or robotics. - Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. **Preferred Qualifications** - Familiarity with large vision-language models (VLMs) or vision-language-action models (VLAs). - Hands-on experience with robotics simulators. - Experience with reinforcement learning or imitation learning is a plus. **_Educational Requirements:_** - In study towards a Masters or PHD degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science - For 4-month internships: must be available May 2026 - August 2026 Qualcomm expects its employees to abide by all applicable policies and procedures, including but not limited to security and other requirements regarding protection of Company confidential information and other confidential and/or proprietary information, to the extent those requirements are permissible under applicable law.
