Automotive Store Branch Manager

**Accel Auto Parts **is a local supplier of automotive parts in Markham, Ontario. We have an extensive catalog of parts ranging from performance to OEM replacements. We also offer delivery services and service many local garages. We are currently seeking ambitious & capable individuals to join our growing team
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the retail customer's experience from beginning to end, and the wholesale customer's experience from order placement to order fulfillment. The Store Manager is also responsible for the store from door to door, and the Store's performance monthly and annually.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage existing Accel Auto Parts employees.
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, collaboration, and teamwork. Help recruit and train team members, keep them motivated, and ensure their health and well-being.
- Ensure staff adheres to all company policies.
- Provide and maintain excellent customer service and support sales growth by working with the store’s team, and sales representatives.
- Work with the store team leads to ensure that all customer inquiries are properly addressed, parts are located to complete an order, parts not in stock are sourced, parts are delivered in a timely manner and returns are picked up to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure store compliance with operational processes and standards for both wholesale and retail sales.
- Manage and enforce proper inventory control measures to ensure stock accuracy. Provide suggestions on how to properly stock products to ensure that the work environment is organized and clean to add efficiencies to daily operations.
- Manage and constantly analyze and optimize parts supply chains.
- Research existing and new products and brands related to the company's operations.
- Prepare proposals for adding new products to our inventory
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Keep records up to date and submit them to our accounting department in a timely manner.
- Manage the store budget and take the necessary steps to continuously improve financial results.
- Additional duties as required by management.
**Skills and Requirements**
- Knowledge of the automotive parts industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in the business-to-business (B2B) industry or in-store operations, including 3 years in a personnel management position where you were responsible for financial performance.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and enforce processes in Accel Auto Parts.
- Exceptional time management and task management skills.
- Ability to develop new relationships with staff and peers within Accel Auto Parts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
