Key Responsibilities:

- Instruction and Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to students' language proficiency levels, utilizing diverse teaching methods and materials to enhance learning experiences.
- Language Skills Development: Focus on developing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and fluency in English through various exercises, activities, and discussions.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Design and administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and progress reports.
- Individualized Support: Offer personalized guidance, tutoring, and additional support to students who require assistance in specific areas of language learning.
- Cultural Context Integration: Incorporate cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and socio cultural elements into language instruction to provide a well-rounded learning experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
Master’s degree or TESOL/TEFL certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching ESL or EFL to students of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and language teaching methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patient, approachable, and culturally sensitive.
- Enthusiastic about teaching and committed to student success.

- Experience teaching ESL in a variety of settings (e.g., schools, language institutes, online).Familiarity with language assessment tools and techniques. '
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
- Knowledge of a second language.
