**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the dealership's finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to sales staff regarding financing options and packages available to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
- Review and finalize all finance and insurance paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Present financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and transparent manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to finance and insurance, implementing strategies to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to automotive finance and insurance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of finance and insurance products and services offered in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
