We are currently hiring a full time experienced Security Guard for an office Tower who is highly experienced in Customer Service.

**Job Skills/Requirements**

Hospitality Front Desk experience Required

Minimum of 2 years **Customer Service**experience

Experience in handling emergency situations

Experience using Computers
- Access control duties with card access system and CCTV Monitoring

Ability to enforce property rules and regulations

Ability to remain calm and professional at all times

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be alert and observant at all times

Ability to work in a team environment

Conflict Resolution Skills

Must be physically capable of performing ALL duties (including able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time)

**Certification Requirements**

Must have a valid Alberta Security License

First Aid/CPR

WHIMS
