About this opportunity:
What you’ll do:
- Lead a team of approximately 10+ mineral and contract analysts- Conduct staff performance planning and follow-up- Demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal decision-making and organizational skills to enhance efficiency and support capital and maintenance work- Engage with collaborators, including area business units, external partners, and regulatory bodies, based in Calgary, as well as support all areas of the business- Manage and stay within the team budget (SG&A)- Provide tools, support, and resources to the team to accomplish business goals, corporate objectives, and meet critical metrics

Who you are:
- Legally authorized to work in Canada- Minimum 12+ years of experience- Related post-secondary Business certification or equivalent experience- Certification in oil and gas related discipline- Leadership certification or equivalent experience- Member of Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration (CAPLA) or Canadian Association of Land and Energy Professionals (CALEP)
