**Job Summary**

This position requires a high level of expertise and professionalism. Competitive wages are offered and will be commensurate with experience. A company vehicle will be provided. Experience in commercial glazing is also beneficial. Work weeks typically range from 50 to 60 hours. A comprehensive benefits package is available following a three-month probationary period.

Projects are located throughout Western Canada, and approximately 50% of the work will require travel outside the local area. Lodging and a living-out allowance (LOA) will be provided for out-of-town assignments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and adherence to project timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide installation work.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work aligns with industry standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to prepare accurate estimates and budgets.
- Utilize construction management platforms, such as ProCore, for tracking progress and maintaining project documentation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain detailed records of project milestones, changes, and any on-site challenges.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in commercial door and hardware installation.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Experience in quality control procedures within the construction industry.
- Physically capable of lifting and installing heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Division 10 installations and commercial glazing is an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
