As a Bartender/Server at Marquis Grill, you will be the face of our establishment, providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your role will involve both preparing and serving drinks as well as delivering high-quality service in the dining area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Take food and beverage orders and make recommendations.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring a timely and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
- Process payments and operate the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies.
- Build rapport with guests to foster repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender and/or server.
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong understanding of food service and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

**Salary**: $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
